– ANBAD, (http://anbad.wordpress.com/) has been donated 24 tonnes of tinned dog and cat food from a leading German manufacturer. This is a high quality product and normally sells for around 3 euros per can.
We will distribute this food to any other animal charity that asks for it, and the Marbella town hall has kindly made available a warehouse in the Poligono La Ermita to store it while it is being distributed. On the previous occasion that we received such a generous donation it was distributed from Algeciras to Malaga, and even a ‘killing station’ (as we call them, these places have contracts with the town halls and keep dogs for 5 days before sacrificing them; usually they don’t feed them in this time) in Granada.
Point is we can only get the food if we pay the transport costs of 3,000 euros. We have already raised 400 euros but need the rest. If you can send even a small amount to the ANBAD account at

The last week we have been able to kastrat 35 dogs from ANBAD and Los Barrios.
Posted: April 23, 2011 in NewsWe would like to thank Triple A in Marbella who made this possible. They manged to get 3 vets from Germany who kastrated for two weeks dogs and cats from the Costa del Sol.
Triple A paid for all the material costs. Thank you very much.

We have been able to repair our old kennels and made them like brand new
